Helvetic Press recognizes the critical role of Open Access (OA) in advancing research and promoting the free exchange of knowledge. We fully support the principles of OA and are committed to making scholarly work freely accessible for the benefit of researchers, institutions, and society worldwide.
All Helvetic Press journals operate under a fully Open Access model (Gold OA). Some journals may implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover publication costs while ensuring permanent, free access to all articles. We are dedicated to supporting researchers globally and offer APC waivers for authors from low- and middle-income countries, as well as in cases of demonstrated financial hardship. Detailed information is available on each journal’s website.
Authors retain copyright of their work, which is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows unrestricted use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction of the work, provided proper attribution is given. Users are encouraged to cite the publisher’s version of the article, include a link to the journal’s website, and reference the DOI.
We strongly encourage researchers to publish in fully OA journals, which expand access to scholarly content and contribute meaningfully to the global research community.
